When can I expect my coffee?

All orders placed in the current month will be shipped between the 2nd and 7th of the following month. 

How much is shipping?

Domestic (US) shipping for our Double and Triple (2 or 3 12oz bags) sizes is FREE. For the most accurate shipping rates for other options, please add the product to your cart and enter your shipping information. Our international customers may need to pay for duty/taxes when they receive their shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

What’s wrong with coffee?

The coffee industry faces a huge number of  problems, from negatively impacting the environment to impoverished farmers. At Brothers, we select a roaster that is working to solve one or more of these problems, and then introduce you to them! Learn more at our blog.

How can I give Brothers Coffee as a gift?

Gifting options are available on our monthly shipments at checkout, or we have 3-month pre-pay gift cards available here!

Am I able to skip a shipment if I need?

Absolutely! Just log in to your account and the option will be there.

Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Of course! We make it simple. Just log in to your account to update your information so you can be sure you never miss a month!

Do you sell ground coffee?

We're all about keeping our coffee fresh to give you the best experience. In light of this, we only sell whole bean coffee, as this is the best way for you to enjoy the coffee as it is meant to be enjoyed. Coffee grinders are reasonably priced today and we think a great investment.

Do you sell coffee pods?

At this point, Brothers Coffee is unable to find an way to distribute coffee pods without hurting the environment. We would encourage you try our coffee with a re-usable coffee pod adaptor.

Do you sell decaf coffee?

We do not. Many of our selected roasters do not offer decaf coffee.

Do you sell larger quantity coffee for office or church use?

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use the selected roaster's coffee packaging. For shipping, we have selected a 100% recycled soft packaging to reduce waste and shipping costs for our international customers.
